Our Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a full time, hard working Virtual Real Estate Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who has experience with marketing, graphic design, social media content creation, and with crafting compelling email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Creating marketing collateral for our Real Estate Agents using Canva
Creating email marketing campaigns for our Real Estate Agents
Consistently coming up with new marketing ideas that can help propel our Real Estate Agents career's
Being a part of the New Agent On-boarding Team
Transaction Coordination as needed (drafting purchase contracts and contract amendments)

Skills

Graphic Design
Experience using Canva
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Detailed oriented and extremely organized
Ability to create efficient processes and systems
Excellent creative written communication skills
Technically savvy and accustomed to working with a CRM and email drip campaigns
At least 1 year of experience in marketing/graphic design is required
