Roles & Responsibilities
We’re hiring a motivated Virtual Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This person will function as an administrative assistant working alongside our Operations Specialist as well as an Executive Assistant assisting our CEO and Executive Team as needed. We’re looking for proven organizational excellence, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and strong motivation, drive, and energy!
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate administrative duties related to property management including but not limited to utility set up and payment management, data entry, and process organization
- Aid in paperwork completion, logging, classifying, and organization of expense reports
- Coordinate and prioritize assigned tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones
- Organize and manage
- Prepare communications, such as memos,
- Coordinate, maintain, and create various events, schedules, and calendars
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
What You’ll Have
- Expert proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in the use of office software and management systems such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Expensify, and Windows OS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
- Willingness to learn and support the real estate industry
