Virtual Immigration Paralegal - EB2 NIW

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Paralegal with experience in preparing EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) visa applications. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys by drafting documents, conducting research, and managing case files to ensure efficient and timely processing of client petitions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and draft EB-2 NIW petitions, including support letters, expert opinion letters, and forms such as I-140 and I-485.
- Conduct legal research to support arguments and requirements for EB-2 NIW cases.
- Organize and review client-provided documents to ensure they meet USCIS standards.
- Draft and edit recommendation letters from industry professionals and experts.
- Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.
- Stay up to date on immigration law developments related to EB-2 NIW applications.
- Assist attorneys in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) or Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal ethics and professional standards.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience preparing EB-2 NIW petitions.
- Strong understanding of USCIS requirements and case law related to EB-2 NIW.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to draft persuasive legal arguments.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and immigration case management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong client communication and organizational skills.
