We are a Mortgage company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support company leadership with a variety of operational, marketing, administrative, and client service responsibilities.
This role requires someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced mortgage and real estate environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to company leadership
Coordinate new hire onboarding, training, documentation, and communication
Monitor and maintain CRM data, reporting, and database organization
Create marketing flyers, social media content, and other materials using Canva and AI tools
Assist with project management, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives
Communicate professionally with clients, referral partners, and tea
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations experience
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Mortgage industry experience
Real estate industry experience
Marketing and social media experience
