JOB OVERVIEW

Ruby Media LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Data Scrubber to research sales prospects and provide personalized data for cold email outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing social media profiles, websites, and other online resources to uncover relevant, actionable insights that can be used to personalize outreach efforts. Your role will be critical in helping our team connect with potential clients in meaningful and engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities:

Research prospects through social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by reviewing recent posts and activity.

Analyze company websites, blog pages, event pages, and any other relevant online presence to gather information for outreach.

Identify three key insights from each prospect, such as recent events or trade shows attended, community involvement, or existing video content.

Ensure all data is accurate, relevant, and useful for crafting personalized outreach emails.

Use a variety of research tools (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, Crunchbase) to gather information and adapt quickly to new tools if needed.

Qualifications:

Must speak fluent English.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to find key insights that will make outreach more personalized and impactful.

Ability to efficiently balance speed and quality by setting limits on social media research and focusing on relevant, timely content.

Familiarity with online research tools and platforms, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively when working with a long list of prospects.
