Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design, CRM Implementation, and Social Media Management Skills

We are seeking a talented and versatile Virtual Assistant who is proficient in graphic design, CRM implementation, and social media management. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to our team, helping us enhance our brand presence and streamline our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms using tools like Canva and Adobe Design. This includes social media posts, marketing materials, presentations, and other visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

- CRM Implementation: Assist in implementing and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This includes setting up workflows, managing data entry, and ensuring that our CRM is optimized for tracking customer interactions and improving sales processes.

- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities include content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and responding to audience interactions.

- Research and Support: Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform our marketing strategies. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Design.
- Experience with CRM platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and marketing is a plus.
