Virtual Assistant in Customer Service & Social Media Management

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Handle email and text communication with customers, respond within the day, and provide support as needed.
2. Phone Support: Eventually take over answering phone calls and assisting with customer inquiries.
3. Social Media Management: Assist with Facebook and Instagram marketing using AI tools, create and schedule posts, and engage with followers.
4. Content Creation & Design: Use Canva to design simple marketing materials.
5. CRM Management: Keep customer records updated and organized in Spraye CRM, input data, and document processes.
6. Administrative Support: Manage backend administrative tasks and tackle various odd-and-end tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills (required with a near-native accent).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in social media management.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with Spraye CRM, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and AI marketing tools is a plus (but not required—training provided).
