Virtual Assistant for YouTube Channels

Are you a reliable, creative, detail-oriented person who loves cars, trucks, motorcycles and has some experience with YouTube and wants to grow with a fast-moving content business?

I run a faceless YouTube business and I'm ready to hire my first virtual assistant to help me run two channels of mine, one focused on cars, the other on motorcycles. (and potentially other channels as well — I have a lot)

What You’ll Help Me With:
???? Video Ideation: Researching viral, trending, and evergreen video ideas in the car & motorcycle niches
???? Research & Scriptwriting: Getting research data and writing the scripts using the given prompts
???? Voiceover generating: Generating and reviewing voiceovers to make them flawless
????? Thumbnail designing: Helping designing thumbnails for the videos
???? Reviewing videos: Revising edited videos and catching errors or improvement opportunities
?? Editing videos: Potentially generating images with AI tools and editing videos

Tools I Use:
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- ElevenLabs (AI voiceover tool)
- Adobe Photoshop (thumbnail design)
- Premiere Pro & CapCut (video editing)
- Trello (task management)
- Slack (communication)

What I’m Looking For:
- Strong written and communication English skills
- A stable and fast internet connection is a must
- A computer with decent specs (able to handle multiple browser tabs, Google Docs, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience with YouTube content (used video editing software)
- Experience and access to Adobe Photoshop
- Reliable, consistent, and eager to grow
- Attentive to small details
- Proactive mindset — I value ideas and input!
- Fast learner who can adapt to AI tools and systems (good with prompts)
- You have to love cars, motorcycles and YouTube trends!

Job Details:
???? Type: Part-time — starting at 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (with potential to grow into full-time)
? Schedule: Flexible, but some overlap with my time zone preferred
???? Salary: Starting at $4/hour. If we work well together and you help the business grow, there will definitely be room for raises in the future and bonus.
