Virtual Assistant for Hotel Research & Cold Email Outreach (Tourism Focus)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with hotel research and cold email outreach.
This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who enjoys focused work and wants to be part of a small but growing brand in the tourism space.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Researching Thai hotels using Google Maps, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Facebook
• Identifying potential leads based on specific criteria (training and checklist provided)
• Recording lead details in a Google Sheet
• Sending personalized cold emails using provided templates (no spam or mass emails)
• Logging responses and tracking follow-ups

Requirements:
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail (no copy-paste work — each email must feel real)
• Experience with Google Sheets, Gmail, and online research
• Reliable internet and communication
• Bonus if you understand hotels, tourism, or marketing
