Virtual Assistant for Home Gym Retail Business (Shopify, Customer Service, Content Creation)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

We are a growing home gym retail business based in the UK, specialising in Shopify dropshipping. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help support our operations and grow with us. **Key Responsibilities:**

Content Creation: Write blogs at scale using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and SEOwritingAI. Training will be provided through our easy-to-follow course.

Shopify Management: Assist in updating products, managing inventory, and optimising the Shopify store.

Customer Service: Handle customer service inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chat (via Tawk) to ensure a positive customer experience.

Data Management: Organise and maintain data using Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed to help the business run smoothly.




**Requirements:**


Experience with **Shopify** and **Tawk** (or similar live chat platforms).

Familiarity with **Google Sheets** for data management.

Strong written communication skills and experience with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, SEOwritingAI).

Previous customer service experience (phone, email, and online chat).

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
