Virtual Assistant Wanted for Growing Coaching Business (Remote, Flexible)

We’re a coaching business focused on helping Jewish entrepreneurs and shluchim grow their income with clarity, purpose, and peace of mind. This is meaningful, mission-driven work—and we're looking for a reliable, kind-hearted, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us grow while keeping things grounded and organized.

-- Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and scheduling (Google Calendar, Calendly)

Follow up with coaching clients and prospects across platforms (WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn)

Keep track of client lists, tags, and reminders in Kajabi and/or spreadsheets

Support social media posts and outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp group messages)

Organize files, client notes, and task lists

Send out weekly communications and reminders to clients

Light support on Kajabi (sending emails, checking automations)

Optional: basic Canva editing, research, or copy/paste help when needed
