We are building our bench of trained VAs now so we can place you quickly when the right client match is ready.

About the Role
You will be matched with a US-based therapist in private practice and support their day-to-day administrative operations. This is a long-term, stable placement with ongoing support from our team.
Most placements begin on a part-time basis (typically 10–20 hours per week) and may grow into full-time opportunities as the client's practice expands and your responsibilities increase.

Tasks may include:
Scheduling and calendar management
New client intake coordination
Insurance verification and billing support

Email and voicemail management
EHR data entry (SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, etc.)
Client follow-ups and appointment reminders
Social media scheduling and content posting
General administrative support

You're a great fit if you:
Have 2+ years of VA or administrative experience
Have worked with US clients before
Are comfortable communicating professionally in English (written and spoken)
Have experience in healthcare, therapy, or medical admin (a big plus — not required)
Have a stable internet connection of 25+ Mbps
Are available at least 10 hours/week during US Eastern business hours
Are reliable, organized, and proactive

Requirements:
Stable internet (25+ Mbps minimum)
Own computer with reliable specs
Backup internet or power source preferred
Quiet, professional workspace
Available for a short video interview
