JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with strong project management, CRM, email marketing, and content creation skills? Do you have experience in lead magnets, digital product development and social media engagement? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are an HR consulting business looking for a self-driven and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help grow our brand, streamline processes, and attract new clients.

Responsibilities:
Lead Magnet & Digital Product Creation
Develop high-quality lead magnets (e-books, guides, checklists, templates) to attract potential clients.
Create digital products (webinars, mini-courses, workbooks) that provide value to our audience.
Manage the setup and distribution of freebies and paid products to increase brand engagement.

Content Creation:
Write engaging, HR-related blog posts (weekly) to showcase expertise and drive traffic.
Research industry trends to create SEO-optimized content.
Format, edit, and schedule blog posts using WordPress or other CMS tools.

CRM Setup & Management:
Set up and maintain a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot, Zoho, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar).
Organize and track leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Automate workflows to improve client engagement and retention.


Email
Marketing & List Growth
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
Set up automated welcome sequences, newsletters, and promotional emails.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize performance.

Social Media & Engagement
Strategize and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Promote lead magnets, blogs, and digital products through social media marketing.
Engage with followers and potential clients to boost brand awareness.

Project
Assist in planning and executing virtual workshops & training sessions via Zoom.
Keep projects organized using Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
Ensure all deadlines, milestones, and goals are met efficiently.

Ideal Candidate:
Tech-Savvy & AI-Friendly – Comfortable using AI tools for automation, lead generation, and content creation.
Strong Writing & Editing Skills – Can craft compelling blog posts, lead magnets, and email campaigns.
Experience with CRMs – Proficient in managing leads and client data.

Email
Marketing Pro – Knows how to create effective sales funnels and automated email sequences.
Social Media Savvy – Can engage and grow an audience on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Detail-Oriented & Organized – Skilled in project management tools and able to multitask effectively.
Creative & Self-Starter – Takes initiative and brings fresh ideas for content, products, and marketing.
