Executive Assistant role who can handle daily correspondence; and to be able to file, organize and manage all documents. and ensuring owner requests are carried out.
Scheduling of meetings
Compliance and renewals of various licenses
Opens, distributes, reads/handles
Create reports, presentations, memo/communications and/or type up meeting notes
Maintain inventory of the company's supplies, reordering as needed for each project (site)
Design and maintain various databases for contacts, passwords, files and materials
Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously. Follows through on issues in a timely manner
Assist with compiling of information and preparing spreadsheets
Assist with PowerPoint slides for various topics and events
Process expense reports and submit through company system
Maintains an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts lists, and any other pertinent information to the department director to include an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system if necessary
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Google Docs
