To maintain our high standards, we are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (Quality Control Checker) who can work closely with our suppliers to verify product quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Quality Checks:
• Request and verify quality control reports from suppliers.
• Ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications match supplier information.
• Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Supplier Communication:
• Work directly with suppliers via Upgrade to see actual info to confirm product quality.
• Address and resolve any quality-related concerns before listing products.
• Maintain a professional and clear line of communication with suppliers.
• Attention to Detail:
• Verify size charts, material compositions, and product details for accuracy.
• Cross-check Shopify listings to ensure correct information is displayed.
• Maintain a Google Sheets database to track quality control updates.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience:
• Prior experience in Shopify store management or dropshipping.
• Comfortable using Upgrade to see actual info for supplier communication.
• Strong understanding of fashion product quality standards.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to navigate Shopify and make necessary updates.
• Soft Skills:
• Sharp eye for detail to spot inconsistencies.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while keeping the team updated.

Work Hours
• Approximately 2 hours per day, with flexibility to communicate with suppliers in real-time.
