JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to support my growing real estate media business. Your primary responsibilities will include quality controlling photography and videography, editing visual content, and assisting with social media tasks.

I will provide full training for all tasks, but experience in Adobe Photoshop and CapCut is REQUIRED, as well as excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Working Hours: 5 PM - 1 AM Philippine Time (PHT) from late October to late March, shifting to 4 PM - 12 AM PHT from late March to late October due to UK daylight saving time. Working hours may become more flexible in time as our working relationship develops and you are able to work more autonomously.

Responsibilities:
- Quality checking and making edits to photography
- Editing drone imagery
- Quality checking and making minor corrections to floorplans
- Editing videography (property showcase videos, reels, etc.)
- Creating and editing social media reels
- Uploading imagery and videos to various portals
- Archiving and organizing imagery
- Scheduling and posting imagery to social media platforms

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and CapCut
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in editing
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills
- Familiarity with real estate marketing

Northpoint360 Property Marketing are a small but growing real estate media company based in the UK, providing high-quality photography, videography, floorplans, and virtual tours for estate agents. The team currently consists of myself and another photographer, and we shoot 50-80 properties per month.
