Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – Website Proposal & Outreach Specialist

AXTLOS is a web design and digital growth agency that helps businesses improve their online presence through high-converting websites, branding, and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help us identify potential clients, create customized website proposals, and conduct outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Research local businesses that may benefit from a new website or website redesign
Review company websites and identify areas for improvement
Create customized website proposals using our templates and guidelines
Personalize proposals based on each business's needs
Send proposals via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
Track outreach efforts and follow-ups in a CRM or spreadsheet
Maintain accurate records of leads and communication
Assist with basic administrative and marketing tasks as needed
Schedule appointments for qualified prospects when appropriate
Requirements
Strong written English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to identify website design, branding, and user experience issues
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Reliable internet connection and computer
Previous experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, sales outreach, or digital marketing is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with website design agencies or digital marketing companies
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar website platforms
Experience using CRM software
Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation
Success Metrics
Number of qualified businesses researched weekly
Number of website proposals sent
Response rate from outreach campaigns
Number of booked discovery calls
Overall contribution to new client acquisition
Compensation
$3–$5 USD per hour depending on experience
20 hours per week
Opportunity for increased hours and performance bonuses based on results
