Role Overview
We seek a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to excel in two distinct roles. Each role will have clearly defined boundaries, and tasks will not overlap to ensure focus and quality.
Guild Virtual Assistant (World of Warcraft):
Manage a vibrant gaming community by recruiting and onboarding members, organizing events, and fostering a supportive atmosphere.
Content Creation Virtual Assistant (Podcast):
Support a podcast by editing episodes, creating promotional content for social media, and managing platforms like YouTube,
Key Responsibilities
Guild Virtual Assistant (World of Warcraft)
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Actively recruit members for raiding, PvP, and Mythic+ teams.
Conduct interviews with potential recruits and assess their fit.
Assign appropriate guild and
Maintain up-to-date guild rosters and member databases.
Event Coordination:
Planned and managed sign-ups for guild activities, including raids and PvP nights.
Track attendance and performance metrics for participants.
Collaborate with raid leaders to optimize team rosters.
Community Management:
Moderate
Respond to member inquiries and address minor disputes.
Organize guild-wide activities, such as contests, giveaways, or special events.
Member Engagement:
Check-in regularly with members to ensure they feel valued and supported.
Gather feedback and share it with leadership to improve the guild experience.
Content Creation Virtual Assistant (Podcast)
Podcast Editing:
Edit long-form episodes for clarity and flow, removing interruptions or filler content.
Add intro/outro music, transitions, and visuals for a polished finish.
Short-Form Content Creation:
Create engaging short clips optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Enhance clips with captions, effects, and visuals to boost shareability.
Platform Management:
Upload and organize content on YouTube with SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.
Design compelling thumbnails to attract viewers.
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Social Media Management:
Write and schedule posts for platforms like
Use appropriate hashtags and monitor engagement trends.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion.
Branding & Strategy:
Design promotional graphics and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Research trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in a VA role, preferably remote.
Familiarity with community management tools (e.g.,
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong communication skills for recruitment and engagement tasks.
Experience with social media platforms and content optimization strategies.
