JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Virtual Assistant to join our growing insurance agency. This position will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency by building reports, analyzing data trends, collaborating with sales and service teams, tracking processes, and working closely with management to implement improvements. As an Operations Virtual Assistant, you will help streamline our operational workflow, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report Building & Data Analysis: Generate and maintain regular reports on key performance metrics, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration with Sales & Service Teams: Work closely with sales and service teams to identify areas for improvement and help implement necessary changes.
• Process Tracking & Improvement: Track operational processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Management Support: Assist management with strategic planning by providing data and insights from operations.

Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years proven experience as an operations assistant preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with AgencyZoom CRM, Ring Central and project management software ideal.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
