Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Data Enrichment, & Email Outreach

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and email outreach by scraping leads in Apollo, setting up sequences and performing data enrichment, running email campaigns in Smartlead and Apollo, and managing inbox responses to drive business growth.

Responsibilities include researching and compiling lead lists, identifying key decision-makers, crafting compelling cold emails, optimizing outreach campaigns, and maintaining lead data. Ideal candidates have strong research and communication skills, with experience in lead generation, email outreach, and inbox management. Expertise in setting up sequences and performing data enrichment specifically in Apollo is highly preferred. Familiarity with Smartlead, Clay, ChatGPT, and other sales tools is a plus.
