Virtual Assistant / E-commerce Operations Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our e-commerce stores. This is not just a product listing job. We need someone who understands how dropshipping businesses work and who can support different daily tasks across multiple stores.

At the ---------- nt, we are running two stores, and one of them is already doing around 50 orders per day. We need someone who can help keep everything organized, updated, and running smoothly.

**What we are looking for:**

* Experience as a Virtual Assistant in e-commerce
* Experience with dropshipping is a must
* Experience in fashion is strongly preferred
* Experience with order management and supplier communication
* Experience with product listing and updating product pages
* Able to work with dashboards, supplier panels, and tracking/order systems
* Good English communication skills
* Available every day and easy to reach
* Organized, accurate, and able to follow systems
* Someone who is motivated to do more than just daily tasks
* Someone who wants to grow with the business and eventually become a manager

**Your tasks will include:**

* Managing and checking orders daily
* Communicating with suppliers
* Making sure orders are correctly processed and updated
* Keeping tracking information and order statuses up to date
* Creating and updating product listings
* Helping maintain two e-commerce stores
* Supporting with customer/order related tasks when needed
* Helping improve systems and daily operations

**Important:**
We are looking for someone with real experience. You must understand dropshipping, order management, and e-commerce operations. We do not want someone who only does the task and then stops. We want someone who thinks along, takes responsibility, and wants to grow.

You will receive training for our systems and workflow. The first two weeks will be used to train you properly, so you understand exactly how everything needs to be done.
