JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing & Executive Support (Remote, Full-Time)
Overview:?We are an IT Consulting and Managed Services Provider (MSP) business looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our operations in online advertising, contractor management, calendar/email administration, and social media marketing.
This is a full-time, remote position for a self-motivated individual who can balance executive support responsibilities with hands-on digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for finding, hiring, and managing contractors to create ad campaigns and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Administrative Support
* Calendar & Email Management:
* Manage daily scheduling, appointments, and time optimization.
* Organize inbox, respond to emails, and flag important correspondence.
* Set reminders and ensure meetings are well-prepared.
* General Administrative Tasks:
* Take meeting minutes and track follow-ups.
* Organize files, reports, and project documentation.
* Coordinate with internal and external contacts as needed.
2. Digital Marketing & Advertising
* Online Advertising Management:
* Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn).
* Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and suggest improvements.
* Maintain budgets and ensure efficient ad spending.
* Contractor Hiring & Management:
* Identify and vet contractors for ad creation (copywriting, graphic design, video production).
* Oversee deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Manage payments and track contractor performance.
* Social Media Management:
* Develop and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience reach.
* Conduct competitor research and suggest content strategies.
3. Reporting & Optimization
* Track & Report Performance Metrics:
* Create weekly reports for marketing performance, social media engagement, and ad spend results.
* Provide executive summaries with insights and recommendations.
* Identify process improvements for better efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required
* Experience (2+ years) in:
* Executive or virtual assistant roles (calendar, email, admin).
* Online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
* Hiring & managing freelancers/contractors for marketing tasks.
* Social media marketing (content scheduling, engagement, analytics).
* Technical Skills:
* Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Sheets).
* Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager.
* Social media tools (Hootsuite, Publr, Wordpress, Canva).
* Project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence).
* Soft Skills:
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
* Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Hours & Salary
* Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week).
* Time Zone Preference: Flexible but must accommodate some US business hours.
