Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Engage with and nurture leads generated from our targeted ad campaigns.
- Data Management: Input and maintain accurate client information within our CRM system.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional support through prompt, clear communication via
- Send client updates every 30-45 days through GoHighLevel.
- Calendly Scheduling: Utilize Calendly to schedule appointments for leads interested in credit repair.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Letter Creation & Submission:
- Draft compelling letters for inquiries, late payments, negative accounts, and client updates.
- Manage communications with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and submit documentation through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in credit repair and exceptional customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, GoHighLevel).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Must have consumer law knowledge.
- Must be familiar with credit dispute procedures, including disputing through Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- In-depth knowledge of credit repair industry practices.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
