We’re looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing business funding team. This is a part-time position combining two core areas: coordinating our complimentary credit repair service and managing follow-ups with potential clients through our CRM system.

???? What You’ll Do
???? Credit Repair Coordination (Low-Touch, Text-Only)
Send onboarding confirmation and monthly update messages using pre-written templates (via SMS)
Manage a WhatsApp group to coordinate with our dispute VA team
Confirm that dispute letters are processed for each round (Round 1, 2, 3)
Track all client activity in a shared Google Sheet
Escalate any delays or concerns to the team lead
???? Lead Follow-Up Management (Active, Results-Focused)
Use Go High Level CRM to follow up with potential funding clients
Move leads through the pipeline (Intake ? Audit ? In Progress ? Closed)
Send texts and
Follow up with leads every 2–3 days
Send audit links and track engagement
Submit a short weekly report with lead progress and feedback

CRM Mastery (Go High Level)
Confident in using Go High Level to organize, tag, automate, and follow up with leads.
Efficient Communication (Text & Templates)
Strong written English using SMS, WhatsApp, and
Team Coordination & Task Tracking
Able to manage workflows, confirm task completion, and update shared tracking tools.

Hours: Approx. 15 hours/week, flexible schedule
Compensation: Hourly (based on experience and performance)
Payments: Made via Payoneer only
Time Tracking: Must use TimeProof to log all hours
Work Style: Asynchronous, must respond within 24 hours to internal messages
