Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon Influencer business, consistently essentially of two brands: 1) Reviewing Literally Everything, which is where we upload our product review videos, and 2) Cha-Ching Automate.

This is an entry-level, full-time remote position (40 hours/week) intended for someone looking for a flexible, long-term opportunity. No previous virtual assistant experience is necessary. We're seeking someone who is organized, motivated to learn, and excited to grow alongside the business. You'll work closely with the creator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, including content organization, publishing, brand outreach, client support, and other administrative tasks.

We produce honest, generally unscripted review videos showcasing everyday Amazon products with the goal of converting viewers into buyers. We're currently a small team of two people (husband and wife), seeking to expand our team and impact, and help other Amazon Influencers do the same through our software, Cha-Ching Automate, which helps other Amazon Influencers easily cross post their videos from their Amazon US storefronts to YouTube as well as other Amazon international storefronts.

30-DAY PAID TRAINING PERIOD

New tea ---------- mbers will start with a paid 30-day training period. During this time, you'll learn our systems, processes, and expectations while we evaluate your performance and overall fit with the team. At the end of the training period, we'll make a final hiring decision based on factors such as reliability, work quality, and ability to follow procedures. New tea ---------- mbers who successfully complete the 30-day training period will transition into the full-time position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
________________________________________

Core Responsibilities (required from day one):

- Optimize titles and thumbnails for previously uploaded YouTube videos (YouTube A/B/C testing)
- Review and update broken tags and product links (Amazon, YouTube, GeniusLink)
- Respond to social media comments and messages
- Reporting, documentation, and general admin tasks

Learn and Grow Into (training provided):

- Discover and implement new ways of optimizing and using existing content to generate more revenue
- Product research and requests using extensions and AI tools (Oink, Viral Vue, Keepa)
- Brand outreach and management (Creator Connections, Oink, E-mail)
- Video and content editing using software and AI tools (Davinci Resolve, ChatGPT, OpusClip)
- Social media marketing and campaign management to drive growth
- Analyze Earnings reports for trends and opportunities
- Provide support for Cha-Ching Automate clients (Facebook group, Email)

QUALIFICATIONS
________________________________________

Required Qualifications:

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. This is the single most important quality we're seeking.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva, or willing to learn quickly.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps upload & download) and a dependable computer.
- Willing to install Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
- Available for an hour of overlap with U.S. Central Time each workday for communication (9:00 AM PHT).

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or working with U.S. based clients.
- Experience supporting influencers, brands, or Amazon sellers.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience using content scheduling platforms, spreadsheets, or other organizational tools.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $400/month during first 30-day training period
- $550-$600 USD/month starting salary after training period
- 13th Month Pay in December (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
- Paid Philippine regular holidays after 1 month training period
