Virtual Assistant

We are an advertising agency that creates high-quality social media ads for Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our outreach and reporting workflows. You'll be reaching out to content creators and brand contacts on our behalf, keeping our data clean and organized, and turning that data into clear reports we can act on. Must be very proficient in English — most of your day will involve writing emails and messages that represent our brand. We will require most work to be done on US hours (We're based in California).

Responsibilities:

-Research and reach out to creator/influencer prospects via email or DM
-Reach out to and follow up with brand contacts
-Track outreach activity, responses, and statuses in a spreadsheet or CRM
-Perform accurate, timely data entry
-Compile findings into clear, well-organized reports (e.g., outreach status, response rates, campaign summaries)
