Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (native or near-native level).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable internet connection and suitable device for managing conversations.
Previous experience in customer service or social media engagement preferred but not required.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive content.
