The Appliance Family is a trusted appliance repair company based in Austin, TX, specializing in expert repairs for washers, dryers, and kitchen appliances. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we're currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appliance repair appointments for customers, aligning availability with technician schedules.
Customer Communications: Regularly check
Confirmation Calls: Reach out to customers to confirm scheduled appointments, verify service details, and answer any questions they may have.
Team Coordination: Confirm scheduling details in internal communication channels (e.g., Slack or
General Administrative Duties: Ordering parts, Calling every Customer after the service for quality check and feedback, and assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling both administrative and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using scheduling software and communication tools (Google Workspace,
