Company Overview:
We seek a dynamic Virtual Assistant, an action-taker who brings a blend of strategic thinking, a solution-oriented mindset, and exceptional administrative prowess. This role is pivotal in supporting the operation of our back-end tasks, ensuring our business operates smoothly in all aspects.

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, offering comprehensive support to ensure the smooth execution of our business activities. Your primary focus will be to manage a wide array of administrative duties, from strategic decision-making to the execution of day-to-day tasks. A significant aspect of this role involves making cold calls. Must have strong English communication skills and the confidence and tact to engage potential clients and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
-Spearheaded administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and organization in back-end operations.
-Engage in proactive communication, including cold calls to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Administer and manage our presence across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Design and create compelling graphics and visual content using Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools.
-Utilize Asana for project management and various social media schedulers (Buffer, Planable, Later, etc.) for content planning and execution.
-Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels, maintaining a positive and professional company image.
-Efficient use of a wide range of software and applications, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM/Project Management tools (Close), and various communication and time management apps.

Skills, Experience, & Requirements:
-Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Virtual Assistant, preferably working with clients from the US, Australia, or Europe.
-Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
-Familiarity with design software (Canva, Photoshop) and a knack for creating visually appealing content.
-Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, with experience in telecommuting roles.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM/Project Management software, and various communication and time management applications.

Desirable Additional Skills:
Customer service excellence.
Basic bookkeeping and financial management.
Digital marketing savvy.

Working Hours:
Flexible full-time and part-time positions available.
Standard workweek: Monday to Friday, with optional Saturdays.
