We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be an excellent communicator with great time management skills and attention to detail. You will provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, producing documentation as required by various departments, data entry, and electronic filing. This is a fully remote position and requires fluency in English.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and other administrative staff.
• Scheduling meetings with customers and candidates in accordance with employee calendars.
• Communicating with customers, candidates, and colleagues via
• Coordinating travel arrangements for employees when required.
• Creating and updating documentation.
• Data entry and electronic filing.
• Phone calls with candidates as needed.
• Social media posting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• A stable and reliable internet connection.
