2. This is a part-time position (24-30 hours per week with the opportunity for full-time for the right candidate) in the Central United States, and working Monday-Friday from 7:30am-12:30pm Central. Required to attend teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am Central. Candidates who cannot work these hours need not apply.

Our association and event management agency is growing and we are looking to add to our team. We are looking for a high-energy and detail-oriented individual to help with a high volume and wide variety of administrative tasks accurately and within the required time frames. Must have experience with being a virtual admin for a fast-paced team using multiple platforms, answering phones, and support via online chat. Required to be proactive to help move projects forward.

- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills

- PC proficiency including MS Office

- Preferred experience with Constant Contact, Canva, Zoho, ClickUp, and Zoom

- Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team during bi-weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and assist where needed to meet company's deadlines and objectives

- Manage customer service and membership/event inquiries as well as other email responses

- Create reports and data entry for the company and clients

- Assist in the creation of communications to various recipients (attendees, exhibitors, suppliers, extended teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and community at large)

- Research as needed for company and client projects

- Assist in the preparation of multimedia presentation materials and collateral

- Support client email lists with continual clean-up and maintenance

- Assist with membership billing with client organizations

- Support marketing and communications team with occasional Canva graphic support

- Proofread materials and publications before they go to press

- Maintain data and support client mobile apps

- Complete other various administrative duties as required

- Organize travel schedules for our team for events and meetings

- Provide high-level support for CEO and team during client events

- Provide support as needed for other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients
