Careers by Chris - a business coaching and online marketing company is hiring!

We are looking for a full-time, experienced VA who is interested in learning and growing their online marketing + virtual assistant skills.
?
You may Google my website at Careers by Chrisl. My business model is based on a live webinar presentation which sells my online course. Experience working with online coaches and courses is a HUGE PLUS!
?
You Must Have ALL of the following qualifications:
?
Great command of the English language (speaking & writing)
Previous VA experience (at least 2 years)
VERY organized and good attention to detail
Willing to learn new things + tech tools quickly
Reliable internet connection and personal laptop at home (with a quiet and dedicated workspace at home)
Team player who is proactive, flexible and looking to learn and grow their skills
Excellent time management skills (will require time tracking tool)

Tech Tools Required + Tasks:
?
Experience with these tech programs is REQUIRED (the more tools you know, the higher your chances of being selected for the role). You will receive on-the-job training but it’s important you have some basic knowledge of these tools.
?

Convertkit - Email autoresponder, set up broadcasts and update email sequences
Zoom - Set up appointments on ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings and/or Zoom Webinars
Canva - Graphic design - create + update worksheets using existing templates
Trello - Use this to stay organized + manage communication and tasks
Everwebinar/Webinarjam - Use this to pull data on webinars
Gmail for Email - Answer Customer Service emails using our email templates (refunds/complaints/questions), organize inbox daily
Google Drive - (organize folders, update google sheets, help create checklists for managing future tasks)
Social Media - Basic knowledge of how Facebook, Instagram and Youtube works

**Bonus Skill** Repurpose Marketing Content - turn my original video content into mini blog posts and use templates on canva to re-post/share the content across social media channels like instagram, pinterest, facebook, youtube.

There are other more advanced tools that I will train you on but if you have any basic knowledge with things like Zapier, Manychat, Kajabi - let me know.

SALARY: $800 USD per month (negotiable) for half-time (4 hours per day) based on your experience. You can also earn quarterly performance bonuses on top of your monthly salary.

This position is available to start ASAP.

There will be a 30-day trial period as part-time. After 30 days, if it’s a good fit for both us, you will become full-time.
