JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company doing 6 figures a month selling health and beauty products to a 45+ audience through direct-response funnels.

We are currently active in 4 markets across Europe and are expanding into new markets over time.

Our traffic comes fro ---------- ta ads on Facebook and Instagram, so strong video creatives and image ads are a very important part of our testing process.

We are looking for a part-time video editor and AI ad creative creator who can help us create, adapt and test high-performing ad creatives.

The main focus of this role is video editing. The image ad creation part is mostly done with AI tools, so for that part we mainly need someone who can follow instructions carefully, understand marketing angles, recognise strong visuals and prepare creatives for testing.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibility will be creating and editing video ads for Facebook and Instagram.

You will:

• Edit short-form video ads for Meta campaigns
• Translate or adapt existing video ads for different countries and languages
• Create variations of existing winning video ads
• Adapt video ads for different products, countries and angles
• Add captions, hooks, transitions, product shots and call-to-action sections
• Follow direct-response ad structures and creative testing instructions
• Work from clear creative briefs when creating new ads
• Improve creatives based on feedback
• Prepare finished videos in the correct format for Meta campaigns

Next to video editing, you will also help with AI image and AI video creative production.

For AI creatives, you will:

• Use AI prompts and instructions that we provide
• Generate AI-assisted visuals and video content
• Take existing image ads and adapt them for specific countries
• Adjust proven image ads for new but similar products
• Create variations of winning image ads
• Analyse AI-generated images and select the strongest options
• Improve visuals using AI tools
• Prepare image creatives so they are ready for testing

• Structured workflows and clear instructions

You will not be expected to invent everything from scratch.

In some cases, your task will be simple. For example, you may only need to translate or adapt an existing video ad for another country, language or product.

In other cases, you will follow a detailed creative brief. This brief will explain the product, the angle, the target audience, the hook, the structure and the type of visuals we need.

At the start, the focus will be on following our instructions, examples and briefs as closely as possible. Once you have proven that you understand our style, our audience and our creative testing process, there will also be room for your own ideas, input and creative suggestions.

Tools we provide

We provide access to the tools needed to create, edit and improve ad creatives.

For video editing, we can provide access to ---------- .

For AI video and image creation, we provide access to advanced tools such as Magnific and Higgsfield on the highest available plan.

Depending on the task, you may be asked to:

• Translate or adapt an existing video ad
• Edit a video based on a clear creative brief
• Create new AI-assisted video visuals
• Improve AI-generated visuals
• Prepare video ads for different countries, products or angles
• Create image ad variations using our AI systems

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is strong in video editing and has a good eye for marketing.

You should be:

• Experienced with editing short-form video ads
• Comfortable creating Facebook and Instagram ad creatives
• Able to follow clear instructions and structured workflows
• Able to create multiple variations of one winning concept
• Good at understanding hooks, pacing, captions and visual flow
• Comfortable working with AI image and video tools, or willing to learn quickly
• Able to recognise what looks believable, emotional and interesting
• Organised, reliable and deadline-focused
• Open to feedback and able to improve quickly

Important

This is not only a “make it look nice” role.

We need someone who understands that ads are made to sell.

You do not need to be a professional graphic designer for the image ad part, because most images are created with AI. However, you do need to have a good sense of what looks clear, believable, emotional and suitable for a 45+ audience.

For video editing, experience is much more important. We need someone who can create clean, engaging and direct-response style video ads that are ready to be tested on Meta.

We are looking for someone who can follow instructions very well in the beginning. You do not need to come up with every idea yourself from day one. We will provide briefs, examples, prompts, structures and access to the tools needed to create the ads.

However, once you have proven that you can follow the system, understand our products and deliver strong creatives, we are open to giving you more freedom to bring your own input and creative ideas.

Bonus points

This is not required, but it is a plus if you have:

• Experience editing eCommerce video ads
• Experience with health and beauty products
• Experience with Meta ads
• Experience editing UGC-style videos
• Experience using AI tools for creative production
• Experience creating ads for older audiences
• Experience translating or adapting ads for different markets
