JOB OVERVIEW

Yes, that's a materially different role.

What you've described is not a learning designer, instructional designer, curriculum designer, or educational producer.

It's much closer to:

**Video Editor & Learning Assets Designer**

or

**Educational Media Editor**

The distinction is important because they are *not* d ---------- what gets taught, how the curriculum is structured, or how the learning experience is designed. Those decisions have already been made.

Their job is to take finished materials and turn them into polished learner-facing assets.

I'd redefine the role around that reality.

---

The Role

You will be responsible for producing the final learner-facing media and resources including videos and PDFs.

Working from AI-generated presenter videos, production briefs and established templates, you will assemble finished class videos, create supporting visual elements, and produce downloadable learning resources.

Your role is to ensure that all learner-facing content is professionally produced, visually coherent, engaging and consistent with the studio's quality standards.

You will become the final stage of the production process before content is published.

---

Core Responsibilities

Video Editing & Assembly

Take AI-generated presenter footage created in platforms such as Synthesia and HeyGen and assemble it into completed class videos.

This includes:

* Editing and sequencing video segments
* Managing pacing and flow
* Adding titles and lower thirds
* Adding captions and on-screen text
* Integrating motion graphics
* Incorporating diagrams and visual aids
* Sourcing and integrating b-roll footage
* Adding transitions and visual polish
* Ensuring consistency across all lessons

Work primarily with Adobe: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop

---

Motion Graphics & Visual Elements

Create simple but professional motion graphics that enhance understanding and engagement.

Examples include:

* Animated diagrams
* Timelines
* Framework visualisations
* Process maps
* On-screen callouts
* Text animations
* Lesson openers and closers

The goal is clarity and professionalism rather than flashy animation.

---

Worksheet & Resource Production

Create learner resources using established templates and brand guidelines.

This may include:

* Worksheets
* Reflection exercises
* Planning templates
* Checklists
* Implementation guides
* Course handouts
* Downloadable resources

Ensure resources are visually appealing, easy to use and consistent with studio standards.

---

Visual Asset Creation

Create supporting graphics and visual assets for courses where required.

Examples include:

* Infographics
* Process diagrams
* Icons
* Course thumbnails
* Presentation graphics
* Resource illustrations

Use a combination of design tools and AI-assisted creative tools where appropriate.

---

Production Quality Control

Review all assets before publication.

Ensure consistency across:

* Visual style
* Branding
* Typography
* Layout
* Naming conventions
* Production quality

Maintain a professional and polished learner experience across the entire platform.

---

### Essential Skills

* Strong video editing skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
* Basic motion graphics capability
* Strong visual design judgement
* Ability to follow brand and template guidelines
* Strong organisational skills

---

### Desirable Skills

### What Success Looks Like

Every lesson feels professionally produced.
Video content is clear, engaging and visually polished.
Motion graphics help understanding rather than distract from it.
Worksheets and resources are attractive, practical and consistent.
Learners experience a seamless visual identity across the entire studio.
The production quality of the content significantly increases the perceived value of the membership.

About Us

The Coaches Business Studio and Coloqia are part of a growing family of education businesses created by the team behind Animas.

Founded in 2008, Animas is one of the world's leading coach training schools, having trained thousands of coaches across more than 90 countries. Over the past decade, the organisation has built a reputation for high-quality professional education, thoughtful learning design and innovative approaches to coach development.

Behind the scenes, we are supported by an experienced Filipino operations and production team that has been working together since 2017. This team has played a central role in the growth and success of Animas and now forms the operational foundation for our newer ventures.

The Coaches Business Studio and Coloqia represent the next stage of that evolution. Both are specialist education platforms built around AI-avatar-led learning, combining expert-designed curricula, modern production methods and emerging AI technologies to create flexible, scalable learning experiences.

Although these ventures use new technologies and new delivery models, they are built by the same team, guided by the same commitment to educational quality, learner experience and long-term thinking that has shaped Animas over many years.
