???? Your Role: Full-Stack Video Production for YouTube + LinkedIn + Shorts
This is an end-to-end creative role. You’ll work directly with Sachin to:

???? Research & Ideation
Find viral video concepts and creators for inspiration

Plan content flow and visual storytelling

Script both short-form and long-form videos, word-perfect for teleprompters

Identify viral clips from long videos to repurpose across platforms

???? Production & Editing
Sachin will record the content on Tella — you’ll handle the full post-production

Edit long-form and short-form videos (YT, LinkedIn, Reels)

Add B-roll, motion graphics, overlays, and music

Use AI tools like Gling AI, Descript, or others for faster, smarter editing

???? Publishing & Optimization
Upload videos to YouTube and LinkedIn

Craft titles, descriptions, hashtags, and timestamps

Track metrics + iterate on performance to boost reach and engagement

???? What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:

???? 4–5+ years experience in video production + editing (short + long form)

???? Excellent research + scriptwriting skills

???? Proven ability to spot and shape viral-worthy content

???? Proficiency in editing tools: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.

???? Experience using AI editing tools (e.g., Gling, Descript)

???? Organised, fast, and independent — you get things done without hand-holding

???? A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual polish

Bonus Points:

Background in YouTube growth strategy or social-first content

Portfolio of work that’s gotten real traction

Familiarity with our voice and content (LinkedIn, YouTube, AI + Content Creation)
