Video Editor for DTC Skincare Brand (AI Tools + VSL + Short-Form Ads) — Long-Term, Scripts Provided

We are a premium skincare brand selling direct-to-consumer in the Canadian market. We produce short-form ads (Meta, TikTok, Reels) AND longer VSLs, and we are looking for ONE reliable video editor as our go-to long-term partner.

This is NOT a creative-direction role. We provide complete, scene-by-scene scripts. Your job is to bring them to life as finished, production-ready MP4s.

You will own everything downstream of the script:

Editing the video (cuts, pacing, captions, transitions)
Sourcing B-roll (stock libraries + AI-generated)
Generating voice-over via ElevenLabs
Generating AI images and video clips via Higgsfield
Following our brand guidelines (full document provided)
Final delivery: stripping AI metadata, upscaling to 1080p / 60fps
Formats: 9:16 short-form ads (30-60s) AND VSLs (5-20 min), both vertical and horizontal.

Volume: 5-15 videos per week depending on testing phase.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

Solid video editing experience (any professional software)
Experience editing VSLs and short-form vertical ads (9:16) for Meta / TikTok / Reels
Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs for voice-over generation
Hands-on experience with Higgsfield for AI image/video generation
Ability to source and cut B-roll cleanly
Reliable deadline execution at steady volume
Good written English
NICE-TO-HAVE:

Prior experience with skincare / beauty / health ads
UGC / direct-response ad style knowledge
Basic motion graphics or sound design
