Video Editor for 150k+ Sub YouTube Channel

We are a small and efficient team that can pump up to 4-6 videos per week for a channel over 150,000 subscribers. We also post about 2 live streams every week. I am looking for someone to be able to edit at least 3-4 of those videos but has a more modern style. I do not want cheesy sound effects, editing, Mr. Beast style type of editing, I want someone can contribute to the team and can edit long form videos in a professional and engaging way.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage to produce high-quality videos in line with our channel's brand and style.Upgrade to see actual infominute 'talking head' videos and 2-5 shorts per week,
- Incorporate creative input, and ensure it aligns with storyline narratives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the content creation team to understand the desired outcome of each video.
- Implement feedback received in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all videos are edited and ready for upload according to schedule.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a capable computer setup.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A keen understanding of YouTube's current trends is a plus.
