About Weston Media:
We are a real estate media company based in South Carolina, USA, specializing in Video, but also photography, drone, 3D tours, floor plans, and agent branding, and content creation. Our team is made up of seven real estate specialists, a full-time admin team, and a growing group of virtual assistants and editors, including our team lead Joseph and his assistants Cedie and Gayle, all based in the Philippines.

What We Are Looking For:
We are hiring a video editor who wants to grow with us long-term. This is not a short contract or a one-off project. We are building our in-house video editing team, and this role is the foundation of that.
Our current video workload averages three to six videos per day that include real estate property videos and event recap videos for real estate events. We need someone who can handle that pace, communicate well, and eventually step into a team lead role as we bring on more editors.
Our current video editors have the capacity of 3 videos per day per person. We are looking for the same or better.
Requirements:
- Experience with Final Cut Pro (required)
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection (you will be required to submit a screenshot of your upload and download speed)
- Availability Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off
- Willingness to complete a test edit as part of the hiring process
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Software and Tools We Use:
- Final Cut Pro
- Higgsfield.AI
- Dropbox
- Slack

We will provide access to video editing training courses and a subscription to Higgsfield.AI. We are also open to adding other tools along the way if they make your work better.
Equipment:
You should have your own basic equipment to get started. Once a working relationship is established and we can see that you are engaged and putting in the effort, we are happy to provide additional equipment to support you.
Compensation:
Pay will be hourly during the first 60 days and the training period. After that, we transition you into a stable salary position. There is a real opportunity to grow here. As we build the in-house video team, our goal is to pay our people more, and we want you to benefit from that growth. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
