Video Editor — Podcast Snippet & Long-Form Content

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who can handle both short-form clips and full long-form podcast edits. If you know how to make the first three seconds count and can carry that same energy across a full episode — we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time role. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Friday. Not flexible on that.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Edit short-form clips (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) sourced from long-form podcast recordings

- Edit long form contents for YouTube and other platforms

- Create highlight cuts and promotional clips

- Maintain consistent branding, pacing, and tone across all content

- Hit deadlines without being chased — quality and speed both matter here

What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)

- Background editing podcast or interview-style content

- Strong sense of pacing and narrative — you know what to cut and when

- Reliable setup: stable internet, capable machine, no excuses on delivery

- Can commit fully to the schedule and treat this like the full-time role it is

Compensation

50,000 – 70,000 PHP monthly, depending on experience
