Video Editor — Nature Documentary YouTube Channel

I am looking for a video editor for a narrated nature documentary YouTube channel. Videos are 16–20 minutes long and published regularly.
This is ongoing work — if the first video goes well, I will continue hiring you for every video going forward.
For this role you must be comfortable with:

Long-form documentary editing (16–20 minute videos)
Dark, clean, desaturated colour grading — nature documentary aesthetic
Syncing voiceover audio to underwater and wildlife footage
Clean lower-third text overlays for creature names
Slow, calm pacing — no fast cuts, no flashy transitions
Sourcing or working with stock footage of marine animals
