Video Editor (Instagram reels)

I run an online fitness coaching business where we help clients build healthy habits so that they can lose weight and keep it off for life and I'm looking for a driven, ambitious video editor to join my mission

I am looking for someone who:
- Will take the time to understand my vision and message
- Who is proactive with suggestions on how we could continually improve
- Is looking for a permanent long-term position within an ever growing company
- Prioritises their own health and fitness

Initial workload: You will be required to edit 5-7 short-form videos per week specifically for instagram reels

If everything goes well, your responsibilities will increase to
- Editing 7-14 short-form videos per week
- Editing long-form youtube videos
- Social media account management

If you also have skills in graphic design then that would be a bonus
