Video Editor For Facebook Ads, YouTube, Reels

Hey there, I'm searching for a part-time (potential to move to full-time in the future) video editor to help with editing Facebook ads, YouTube videos, and short-form videos in the e-commerce and agency niche. The main tasks will be editing videos with raw video and audio footage. We need EXCELLENT video editors only. Must be able to edit videos from scratch and leverage stock footage. Must be able to craft up visuals with assets provided. You must be very creative and able to research competition to develop your own video edits or editing style that works in the current market.
