Video Editor Final Cut Pro X

Hi,

I am looking for a full time video editor who uses final cut pro X. We are a marketing agency who creates content for real estate companies and social media. We need someone who is super creative coming up with their own ideas, and is familiar with FCPX, using luts, color grading and following directions. I am looking for someone who at least knows basics and I can train in the style of what we like. Someone who can learn from tutorials, and learn together. I want someone who can problem solve and do their best for solutions. Regularly I would like to send you ideas and you figure out how to implement it, and if you cannot . Familiarity with real estate videos is a bonus but not required. Just required that you can learn from online videos and implement it in a timely manner. Motion or animation experience is a plus. This is a full time position, but can start part time if you prefer. Absolutely needs FCPX already and is familiar with that.
