Video Editor (Execution-Focused) – DTC E-Commerce (Meta Ads))

We’re hiring a video editor to work on Velaxen.shop (nootropic brand) — this is a pure execution role working directly under a Creative Strategist.

This is NOT a strategy role.
You will be given clear directions, concepts, hooks, and angles — your job is to execute them flawlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Editing ad creatives based on detailed briefs from the Creative Strategist
• Translating concepts into high-performing video ads (Meta-focused)
• Sourcing and assembling content (UGC-style, repurposed, AI-assisted)
• Iterating quickly based on feedback and performance data

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Strong experience with DTC e-commerce ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Experience working with a Creative Strategist before
• High attention to detail (small mistakes = bad ads)
• Fast execution + ability to follow instructions precisely
• Strong communication and responsiveness

AI SKILLS (IMPORTANT)

• Experience using AI tools for content creation/editing is a big plus
• Ability to generate or enhance creatives using AI (UGC-style, visuals, voice, etc.)
• Understanding how to blend AI content seamlessly into ads
