Video Editor + Creative Strategist – E-Commerce (Built-In Bra Brand)

Salary: $1500 + Bonus

We’re hiring a video editor with real creative strategy skills to join our team and work on our built-in bra product ( ---------- ).

This is NOT a typical editing role.

You will not be given scripts, angles, or step-by-step instructions.
Your job is to analyze what’s already working, extract patterns, and create new ads that perform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Create ad creatives from scratch based on data from our winning ads
• Repurpose existing online content into high-performing ads
• Come up with new angles independently
• Collaborate with other editors/strategists to improve concepts

IMPORTANT CONTEXT

• We do NOT use UGC creators
• All content is sourced + repurposed
• Strong bonus if you can create AI-generated UGC (especially for clothing)
• Goal = create ads that generate sales and scale spend

This is a performance-based creative role.

• If your ads win ? you get more bonuses
• If your ads don’t perform ? we won’t work long together
