ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a fast, creative video editor to clip long-form podcast and interview content into high-impact short-form videos for social media. You will be working directly with a US-based medical wellness brand that produces regular podcast episodes and guest appearances. Volume is high — this role is for someone who works quickly and consistently without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Watch and clip long-form video/audio content into 30–90 second highlight reels
• Add captions, subtitles, and text overlays using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Format clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Follow brand templates and style guides provided by the client
• Deliver 5–10+ clips per week depending on content volume
• Organize and label deliverables clearly using shared Google Drive or Dropbox

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years experience in short-form video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficient in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a clip engaging
• Experience with captions/subtitles (auto-caption cleanup preferred)
• Reliable internet, own equipment, and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Good written English communication

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience editing podcast or interview content specifically
• Familiarity with social media platform best practices (aspect ratios, hook structure)
• Basic motion graphics or animated text transitions

Compensation: ?46,000 – ?58,000/mo (~$800 – $1,000 USD)
