Video Editor

We're looking for a consistent, disciplined editor to help us publish short-form content daily and manage our YouTube and Instagram pages.

What you’ll do

- Edit 3–6 short-form videos per day (Reels/Shorts)
- Batch edit ad creatives
- Edit long-form YouTube videos (as needed)
- Schedule + publish content (IG + YouTube)
- Keep files organized (projects, exports, versions)

Character > Skill

- Strong short-form pacing, hooks, and retention-focused editing
- Reliable daily output + fast turnaround
- Clear & fast communication
- Brings ideas (not just executing tasks)
- Knowledge of using AI tools to improve efficiency

Tools

- Any of: Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut (tell me what you use)
- Solid workflow for file organization + versioning
- Knowledge on how to use Claude or ChatGPT
