Video Editor

We're a podcast/YouTube agency working with top-tier clients, and we're looking for a talented editor to join our team.

What You'll Be Creating:
- Selecting viral clips from long form podcasts
- Animated podcast intros, outros, and transitions
- Short-form social media content with dynamic animations
- Long-form podcast episode editing with motion elements

What We're Looking For:
- Someone who can understand how to extract THE BEST short form pieces from long form content
- Must be able to complete these MINIMUM requirements per day:
- 1 full podcast episode (basic editing up to 30 minutes long)
- 4 x podcast clip extracts
- 4 x podcast clip basic animation and captions
- Expert-level skills in After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic typography) - you won't need these for day-to-day work, but we want to know you have these abilities
- Proficient in Premiere Pro (video editing, color grading, audio sync)
- Fluent English (for client communication and understanding briefs)
- Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality
- Reliable internet connection for large file transfers
- Available full-time for work during AEST business hours (8am-5pm) for collaboration
- Industries we work with: Finance, property, coaching etc. If you have experience in any of these and understand the type of content they speak into this is a bonus.
