Hello! I'm looking for a dedicated video editor to join my brand as an AI educator and content creator. I need someone who will be my right hand for the long term.

About the Role:

You'll be editing educational YouTube videos (10-20 minutes) focused on AI and content creation. Your work will include adding effects, backgrounds, animations, and creating aesthetic visuals that enhance the learning experience and help communicate the message clearly.

My personal brand is in its early growth stage, so I'm looking for a loyal person who wants to be part of something bigger in the future and grow their income over time alongside the brand.

As my editor, you'll also receive paid training fro ---------- (at your hourly rate) to continually improve and refine your skills.
Compensation & Growth:

Starting rate: $6/hour
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Growth plan: My goal is rapid growth, expansion to full-time work, and increasing your hourly rate as we scale together

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of video editing experience
MUST work in After Effects and Premiere Pro - editors using other software are not suitable
Willingness and desire to collaborate closely
High level of English proficiency
Patience and eagerness to learn and develop
Strong communication skills
