Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Video Editor to take the lead in creating high-quality video content that reflects our mission and elevates our brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As our Video Editor, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how our audience experiences our mission and values through engaging and impactful video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing
Edit raw footage into cohesive, professional videos, including but not limited to property tours, promotional campaigns, and client testimonials.
Enhance video quality through color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Incorporate animations, text overlays, and visual effects to improve video storytelling.
Optimize video content for multiple platforms

Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Collaborate with the core team to conceptualize and storyboard creative video projects.
Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.
Stay ahead of video marketing trends to ensure SOHO Realty & Mortgage Lending remains innovative and competitive.


Project Management & Delivery
Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Organize and maintain a library of video assets for future use.
Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of experience in video editing, preferably within the real estate or marketing industry.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and the likes.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Experience with sound editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with drone footage and 3D virtual tour editing is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other graphic design software.
